No. The assessment is a comprehensive service for the client, sold at a fixed price. It includes active communication with the necessary stakeholders and 1-4 virtual meetings per week, tailored to the client's needs and preferences.
The outcome of the assessment is two-part: it consists of a capability evaluation and an implementation plan. The capability evaluation includes an assessment of data availability, functional assessment, and technology suitability. The implementation plan includes a prototype-like design draft, a process description for implementation, and an architectural description. Finally, we provide a feasibility assessment to determine whether the solution can be implemented on the Power Platform.
Yes. We can leverage data connected to services like Power BI or extensive Power Apps connectors, allowing data to be accessed wherever it's needed. However, please note that we do not configure new data management systems or custom connectors, but rather aim to utilize raw data that is already available.
Yes. We offer support at an hourly rate, as much or as little as you need.
Generally, the Business Case and ROI calculations are created by the client. However, the analysis can be facilitated by the assessment we provide. If desired, we can also create a concise Business Case analysis upon request and agreement.
The solution assessment is billed as a one-time payment after the delivery of the assessment. Solution implementations are billed monthly based on hourly rates (taking the maximum price into account).
Implementations can vary greatly in scope. However, our implementation times and prices are always at least half compared to large IT firms' full-stack solutions. We prefer clear capped pricing with hourly billing, ensuring that costs do not exceed the estimated amount.
